The terms and conditions are all standard to the industry and once you have made any booking with us, it means you accept and agree with all terms and conditions set out below.

Information on the website

All information presented on the website has been provided by individual hotels within the Shaftesbury Hotels Collection. Although utmost care is taken to ensure the information provided online is correct and up.to.date, theshaftesbury.com cannot guarantee that the information is presented correctly. Therefore we will not be liable for any inconveniences, loss of revenue or any damages resulting from the direct or indirect use of any information provided on our website.

We make every effort to keep the information contained in our website as current as possible by constantly updating it. However, we do not make guarantees of any kind that the rates and hotels will be available at the time of booking(s).

If you feel that any particular information has not been provided or it is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us on: customercare@theshaftesbury.com. We will do our best to rectify, clarify or provide the required information without delay.

Please note that the star classification next to individual hotel names is a guideline of the standards provided in the hotels and variable from one to the other. All technical information relating to the grade/star rating of the hotels or the hotel's product specifications can be addressed to individual hotels directly.

Reservations

Your booking(s) will be undertaken once you provide credit card details (all properties accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners and Switch only) valid until the date of departure from the hotel. The credit card details will then be passed directly to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Please note that completing the reservation form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. theshaftesbury.com will send you the confirmation of reservation by e.mail or by fax with a theshaftesbury.com booking reference number.

We will not take any responsibility for your arrival at the hotel without our/your booking reference number.

Corporate Guests and Third Party Payments:

In case a company or a third party is paying for the guest accommodation and/or extras, the company or the third party should provide this information in writing to the hotel along with the front and back copy of the company credit card authorising The Shaftesbury Hotels Collection to charge for a said amount. For details of Third Party payment policies, please check at time of booking.

Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to date of arrival (Before 14:00 hrs GMT ) to avoid any penalty. Reservations cancelled on or within 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges.

No shows will be charged a penalty equal to 01 night(s) room and tax charges.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Photography Policy

Any images clicked at the property or taken from our websites/collateral may only be used for personal and non-commercial use. The use of these images for business purposes including, but not limited to, publicity materials, websites, books, newspapers and magazines must be approved by the Marketing department.

Child policy

The hotel welcomes guests of all ages and our aim is to make travelling with the family even more enjoyable.

  • Children up to 2 years may share their parents room at no extra charge. Baby cot is available upon request, advance booking is required.

ID Requirement Policy

For security purposes, an official government-issued photo identification such as a passport or driver's license must be presented by every guest upon check-in.
