Irish rockers The Script really have been making waves over the past decade, so much so that they are returning to The O2 Arena for two nights next year to blow your socks off.
Over the past few years, The Script have been regarded as one of the most innovative bands on the modern British music scene, and when they made an impression with their debut album in 2008, critics and fans fell in love. Over the past six years, they have made a real mark on the charts, having hit the number one slot with both their albums and singles, and it looks like their momentum is not stopping either, as they take to The O2 stage.
The band is touring to promote their new offering, No Sound Without Silence, so fans can expect some tracks off the new LP to be performed live for the first time, while all the classic hits are to make an appearance. These include the likes of Hall of Fame, Six Degrees of Separation, The Man Who Can’t Be Moved, and Glowing. And trust us when we say that these anthemic songs sound even more emotional in person.
Tickets really have been selling like hotcakes, so if you want to catch the Irish stars either on March 13th or 14th 2015, you will need to act quickly. Doors for the event open at 6.30pm, and note that anyone aged under 14 must be accompanied with an adult. You can get from the Shaftesbury hotels to the arena by popping onto the tube to North Greenwich.
If these guys are not really your kind of thing, be sure to check the official website to see who else is playing during your visit. With the likes of Kylie Minogue, Ne-Yo and Enrique Iglesias all hitting The O2 stage, there is bound to be something to suit all tastes.
