Jaws In Concert: What You Need To Know
At the time of its release, viewers were left in fear and terror at the story of the killer shark. Released in the USA in the summer of 1975 and at Christmas in the UK a little later, ‘Jaws’ is one of Steven Spielberg’s most iconic movies. It was, at the time, the most successful film of all time and Spielberg himself has often said that it was John Williams’ score featured in the film which played a major part. In fact, the score for ‘Jaws’ won Williams his first ever Academy Award.
‘Jaws In Concert’ will allow audiences to experience the dramatic impact that the power of a live symphony orchestra can have on a movie experience, with the entire score being played alongside the film.
